Manndible Cafe

Located off the Mann Library front lobby, the Manndible Cafe serves a variety of tantalizing beverages and tasty foods. Whether you're looking for the perfect cup of coffee roasted that morning accompanied by a freshly baked scone, or a steaming bowl of soup, you will find plenty of delicious options to get you started and through your day.

Run by Ithaca business partners Pam Gueldner and Kathleen Pasetty, Manndible Cafe emphasizes local foods and sustainable practices. Highlights include organic produce from Dilmun Hill, the Cornell student run farm, and locally roasted Gimme! Coffee of Ithaca. Biodegradable plates and cups are used that can be composted with leftovers.

If you're in a hurry, grab-and-go options exist for food and beverages. If you prefer a more leisurely pace, try a made-to-order wrap, or specialty coffee beverage, and hang out and hook up to the local wifi at one of the tables or counters looking out on the Ag Quad (more seating to come in lobby). Manndible Cafe is a lively and welcoming space to convive and revive!
