Printing & Scanning
Black and white 8½ by 11 prints are 9 cents per side and can be sent either to one of our three Net-Printers or to the B&W printer behind the Ops desk. Glossy color 8½ by 11 prints or transparencies are available on our color printer for 25 cents per sheet for prints and 60 cents per transparency. Scanning is available for free through several Epson scanners as well as an oversize Ricoh scanner that is networked to all our PC computers (except the stand-up kiosks). The scanners are equipped to scan slides and negatives as well as opaque media. All scanners are available on a first come first serve basis. Scanner users have first priority over e-mail/web surfers on computers that are connected to scanners.
The Microfiche/film scan station is also available on a first come first serve basis.
