Meet Your Subject Librarian

You’ve got a personal librarian at Mann, and you probably don’t even know it (yet).

We’re happy to announce that everyone in every department in CALS and CHE now has a subject librarian assigned to them. We’ve grouped departments in both colleges into six broad subject clusters and attached a librarian to each cluster (3 departments have their own librarians). Just locate your department’s subject cluster, find your subject librarian, and away you go.

So how can a subject librarian make your life easier? Well, we know you might have questions about a lot of different resources and services at Mann—instruction, course reserves, GIS, citation management, book and journal orders, and more. Think of your subject librarian as your concierge at Mann—if you have a question, and are not sure who to ask, just contact your personal Mann librarian. They’re your single point of contact in the library, and they’ll either know the answer to your question or they’ll find out for you. No question is too big or too small.

So, without further ado, meet your subject librarians. Oh, and feel free to ask them a question—they’ll be happy to chat.
