Conference Room 102 Details
Conference Room 102 is located on the first floor, just off the lobby (map it).
Request a reservation or check the room calendar.
Room Set-up
Room 102 is set up in a "lecture" format and includes:
- 50 chairs with a center aisle.
- Podium with computer, screen and an LCD projector.
- 6 tables at the back of the room.
- a small wipeboard/easel.
All the furniture is on wheels and you can rearrange the room to suit your needs. If you rearrange the room, you must put it back to its original "lecture" format before you leave.
Software Details
The podium is equiped with a Dell Windows XP computer with the following installed:
- MS Office 2003 / 2007 / 2010
- Acrobat Reader
- QuickTime, ZipGenius (unzip)
- Internet Explorer & Firefox
- Bear Access
A/V Equipment Details
- Polycom video conferencing cart (Important note: To use the system, your conferencing partner must have a polycom unit, and you will need their IP address. You will need to obtain this information prior to your event. If technical support is requested, the AV support staff will contact you with more details)
- Lapel microphone & sound system
- Document camera
- Laser pointer
- Powerpoint remote
