Room keys can be checked out at the 1st floor Circulation Desk (map it) with a valid Cornell photo ID (see exceptions noted below). Dry erase marker kits and timers are also available there. Study rooms are available on a first come, first serve basis and are not intended for ongoing classes.

Individual study room users please note:

• All rooms are primarily intended for the use of currently enrolled and active Cornell students.
• Graduate study rooms are for the use of currently enrolled and active Cornell graduate students only.
• Individual study rooms are not available for use by holders of NY
  State Privilege cards, CU Library cards, proxy users, spousal card
  holders, or students with a status of "on leave" or "in absentia".
  

Group room users please note:

• Small Group Study Rooms must have at least 2 people from the group present at the desk at the time of the key check out. A lone member of the group cannot stay in the room if the rest of the group leaves.
• Large Group Study Rooms must have at least 3 people from the group present at the desk at the time of the key check out. A lone member of the group cannot stay in the room if the rest of the group leaves.
• All room loans, regardless of room size, are non-renewable.
• Group study rooms are not available for use by holders of NY
  State Privilege cards, CU Library cards, proxy users, spousal card
  holders, or students with a status of "on leave" or "in absentia".

Study rooms are located on floors 2-4 and can be located using the Mann Library SmartMap. Individual study rooms come equipped with a chair, desk, lamp and ethernet connection. Large group A/V study rooms such as rooms 260, 261, 360, 361, 460 and 461 each include a projection display cart, several chairs and a table. Small group study rooms 270, 370 and 470 do not include A/V equipment, are smaller and hold aprox. 4-6 people. RedRover wireless network coverage is available from all rooms. Grad study desks and lockers are also available in the Grad Study Area (map it) and can be requested at the Circulation Desk (map it).
